Photo storage is measured per event. Every plan includes personal guest links, face search, and downloads.
Can I upgrade an event I already started?
Yes. A Single Event upgrade gives that gallery 40 GB and 365 days in total from its first publication. Upgrading does not restart the retention clock.
Do Single Events use my subscription slots?
No. Purchased Single Events have their own allowance and keep their 365-day retention independently of an Organizer subscription.
What happens if I cancel Organizer?
Your plan continues until the end of your paid billing period. Then Free limits apply: 3 events, 5 GB each, and 6 months from first publication. Existing events are not deleted just because you exceed a limit, but new galleries and uploads can be blocked. Galleries past their retention date stop being available to guests. Purchased Single Events keep their own limits.
Can I keep Free events longer without upgrading?
Free galleries expire after six months. To keep them available longer, purchase a Single Event upgrade or subscribe to Organizer.
