# Event photo sharing with face search — findmypictures.com

> One event gallery. Guests find their people and download their moments.

## What is it?
A web-based tool for sharing photos after an event. Rather than sending everyone a large folder to search manually, organizers share one gallery link. Guests can find pictures of themselves and their friends, or browse the whole event.

## Who is it for?
Organizers of weddings, conferences, company and team events, parties, and other celebrations who want guests to find relevant photos more easily.

## How organizers set up a gallery
1. Create a gallery and give the event a name. A gallery password is generated.
2. Upload the event photos. The application prepares previews and face search.
3. Share the gallery link and password with the intended guests.

## How guests find and download photos
1. Open the gallery using its link and password when required.
2. In “Your people,” upload a clear portrait of yourself or a person you are authorized to search for. Matching event photos are gathered together.
3. Open any event photo and tap friends' faces to add their pictures to the selection.
4. Download the combined selection as a ZIP. The “Download photos” button beside “All event photos” downloads the whole event collection instead.

## Compared with a shared folder
A shared folder exposes the same collection to everyone. This gallery adds portrait matching, selection by faces, and a combined download of selected people's photos. Guests can still explore the original event collection.

## Mobile and access
The gallery and walkthroughs support mobile browsers. The product is a website; the described workflow does not require a native app. Organizers use an account to manage events. Consult the website for current account access; no pricing or signup availability is promised by this overview.

## Privacy and limitations
Face matching can be inaccurate and may involve biometric data. Organizers must establish the required legal basis and permissions for all affected people before uploading and processing images. Galleries do not currently expire automatically; organizers should delete them after the agreed sharing period. Gallery passwords protect the gallery interface, but direct image URLs can be opened by anyone who knows them. This is not a confidential image vault or an end-to-end encrypted service. See the security and privacy pages for details. No advertising or analytics trackers are used on the website.
