How to share event photos with your guests
A practical workflow for creating an event gallery, sharing access, and helping guests find their photos.
Prepare your gallery
Create an event gallery and upload the photos you are authorized to share. Wait for the previews and face search to finish preparing before distributing the link.
Share the link and password
Send guests the gallery link and password together. Check the link in a separate browser session before sending it. Treat personal guest links like passwords and share them only with their intended recipients.
Help guests find their photos
Guests can browse the event collection, upload an authorized portrait to find matching photos, or open a photo and tap a face to add that person’s photos to their selection.
The selection download contains the selected photos. The download beside “All event photos” contains the event collection.
Agree on access and retention
Face search helps people find photos; it does not restrict them to photos of themselves. People with gallery access can browse other event photos. Known direct image addresses can also be opened without entering the gallery password again.
Agree on the necessary permissions and sharing period before uploading. Remove the gallery when it is no longer needed, and remember that deleting it cannot recall copies guests have already downloaded.
