## The value case for findmypictures.com

A meetup photo gallery should help people find their pictures without turning every gathering into another software purchase. Our announced Free plan includes face search, three event galleries, 5 GB per event and six months of retention. For a recurring community, Organizer is announced at €20/month for 20 event galleries at a time, with 20 GB per event and retention while subscribed. There is no separate face-search add-on in these plans.

For one larger occasion, the announced €99 Single Event plan provides 40 GB and 365 days from first publication. Purchased Single Events have a separate allowance from Organizer slots. Custom is available by individual offer. Our prices are in EUR, excluding VAT; applicable tax is additional. Guests view and download without paying.

## Compare the workflow, not just the headline price

The comparison below focuses on organizer-uploaded event photos and helping attendees find themselves. Competitor figures were checked on 4 November 2026 on the linked official pages. They are advertised prices, not binding quotes. USD and EUR are kept separate; no exchange rate or percentage saving is assumed, and competitor taxes may differ.

GuestCam Standard is advertised at $49 per event, with MagicFind face search available for another $45 per event: $94 together. It also includes guest photo and video collection, a slideshow and a guestbook. Those features serve a different workflow from a curated photographer gallery. Our Free plan is an appealing starting point when portrait search and selected downloads are the priority and your event fits its limits.

Waldo’s Single Event License starts at $149.99 for up to 1,000 photos and 20 GB for one year. It includes delivery and event features such as SMS joining and a slideshow. Waldo also advertises lower-priced consumer options, including Gold at $49.99; the Single Event License is not its cheapest product. Check the appropriate package for your use case rather than treating an event-business license as the only alternative.

## A recurring meetup budget you can explain

Suppose your tech community runs 12 meetups in a year and keeps all 12 galleries available throughout the paid period. Twelve months of the announced Organizer plan cost €240 excluding VAT (€20 × 12). Divided across 12 galleries, that is €20 per gallery for that paid year, assuming each stays within 20 GB and you have no more than 20 galleries at a time. This is a budgeting example, not a separately purchasable €20 annual event plan.

Buying 12 of our announced Single Events instead would cost €1,188 excluding VAT (€99 × 12). Organizer is €948 lower over that 12-month budget, in exchange for different terms: 20 GB rather than 40 GB per gallery and retention tied to the subscription rather than independent 365-day purchases. This comparison uses our own EUR plans, so it needs no currency conversion.

For a Berlin developer meetup, a Paris hackathon series or San Francisco demo nights, that predictable shared budget is the reason to consider Organizer. It is 20 galleries at a time, not an unlimited number of simultaneously hosted events. Keep the subscription active for the retention you need; deleting old events may free slots, but is not an archive strategy.

## Choose Free, Single Event or Organizer

Choose the announced Free plan to try a small gathering within three galleries, 5 GB per event and six months. Choose Single Event if one collection needs 40 GB or you want its 365-day allowance separate from a subscription. Choose Organizer for an ongoing community that needs multiple galleries and can manage a monthly subscription. Ask for a Custom offer if the published allowances do not fit.

On cancellation, Organizer benefits continue to the end of the paid period, then Free limits apply. Galleries past the applicable retention date stop being available to guests. A Single Event upgrade counts 365 days from first publication; upgrading does not restart that clock. These conditions matter as much as the monthly headline price.

## What the price does not promise

These plans do not imply native Luma integration, automatic attendee sync, SMS photo delivery, a live photo wall, or unlimited storage. Share your gallery link manually through your event follow-up. Matching can be inaccurate; review results before reuse. Confirm photography and face-processing permissions before uploading.

A password protects the gallery interface, but anyone who knows a direct image URL can open it. If confidential delivery, per-image authorization or a different retention arrangement is required, evaluate those requirements first. Our recommendation is based on a practical photo-search workflow and clear allowances, not an unsupported claim to be the cheapest or best for every event.
